366 Days of Pictures in 2012!-Day 79-85

I know I'm late posting...but better late than never, right?

Last week was beautifully filled with sunshine and blue skies! I just love nice weather! It brings so many photo opportunities...as well as much needed vitamin D!

Monday, a shot of a very tired boy after a long day of lessons, martial arts, drama, and hangin with mom while the girl was at girl scouts.

Tuesday~It was beautiful to sit out on the patio and watch all of the birds frolicking at the tree tops, trying to show off for one another no doubt. To follow this weeks theme, they are truly springing into life out here!

More birds playing on Wednesday made the Doctor want to join them...either that or eat them.

Thursday brought much enjoyable adult time to a normally child filled life for me :)

Friday took us (the hubby, the boy, and I) out to a hotel to anticipate the state wrestling tournament. The boy put his anxieties at bay by playing in the hotel pool.

Saturday~Bring on the state tournament...ready or not...Being one of the top wrestlers in the entire state is pretty cool!

Sunday brought us back home to the girl, the grandbaby, and more outdoor fun!

We're buckling down for a chillier week!

366 Days of Pictures in 2012!-Days 72-78

It has been an absolutely beautiful, and busy week here at Casa Chaos!

Monday was enjoyed spending time with the granbaby! Gotta love her personality. Everyday she seems to change and become more her own person.

Tuesday...was a gorgeous day, not to be spent inside for long...Then gymnastics, wrestling, and a storm brought us back in doors.

Wednesday, the princess turned 7! The hubby and I took her out to her favorite restaurant for dinner and of course dessert!

Thursday, martial arts, guitar, drama, wrestling, then more wrestling practice with Tinker Bell.

Friday brought us to the real birthday celebration for the girl. Her slumber party with a few of her close friends.

Saturday...Actually one of my older son's birthdays, but unfortunately with him being away at college we'll have to wait to celebrate the leprechaun's special day.
So we went to a bbq with friends and spent more needed vitamin D time in the sun!

With the weather staying so nice, it only seemed fitting to end the week off with a ride in the canoe!

Now off to another week with new adventures!

366 Days of Pictures in 2012!-Day 65-71

This is my first week participating in Project 366 Rewind! I'm hoping that this will make my own little project 366 a little bit easier on me! Big thank you to Chic Homeschool Mama and Naptime Momtog for hosting this! So here was our last week in Casa Chaos:

Monday we visited the 1800's!

Tuesday we tried to get some schoolwork done...

Wednesday we took a trip to a sheep farm!

Thursday...well she's always a character...

Friday, the boy decided to fly!

Saturday brought our first wrestling tournament of the weekend...

Sunday was the regional championships!

In a couple of weeks we'll head to the State tournament! We've had a healthy dose of activity around here!

366 Days of Pictures in 2012!-Day 61,62,63,64

Ok, I know that I have not been very diligent about posting! I do however take multiple pictures every day, so despite the fact that I am behind on posting (I could give a plethora of reasons, but won't) the pictures were all taken on their appropriate days. Chic Homeschool Mama and Naptime Momtog have been hosting a Project 366 Rewind where you post your pictures from the previous week on Monday! That is such a great idea, I might just start doing that! But here are my pics from the past four days:

The older boys are home for spring break from college. They got in Thursday night (or at least one of them did, the other one got home last night) very hungry! A friend of mine makes homemade pretzels that are sooo good! She normally makes them for fundraisers so I buy them in bulk from her and freeze them. I've often thought about trying to make them myself just to see how they'd turn out but why mess with perfection!

Here's my future photographer in action with his little point and shoot digital camera! I loved watching him photograph his friends and the animals at the field trip that we went to on Friday. We went to a nature science center to learn about animals in the winter. A little snow would have been appropriate for the lesson, but the kids had a great time anyway.

Saturday morning the girl said "good morning" to the puppies by brushing them out and giving them love! She did have to tell Doc to be patient and wait his turn though. Patience isn't always his best personality trait!

That brings us to today! The sun is shining, the weather is mild, the blooms are plenty on my hibiscus plant! There's a little bit of cloud cover that suggests rain might be in our foreseeable future. The hibiscus blooms put a feeling of spring in the air that makes me smile!

Have a very happy Sunday!
